SUGGESTED DAILY USES

• Start your day with a fresh dose of Moringa nutrition, adding 1 packet of SuperMix to 8-18 ounces of water, shaking well, and drinking on an empty stomach or at least 15 minutes prior to breakfast.
• Take 1 XMburn cap, preferably before exercise, on an empty stomach. Note: Consuming late in the day may impair sleep. Do not take more than two (2) caps per day.
